Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to participate in diving activities; however, they can join as non-diving passengers.
Refunds will be issued for any cancelled diving activities due to adverse weather conditions.
If you fail to appear at the specified meeting time, the full amount of payment will be non-refundable.
The tour operator cannot be held responsible for denied entry resulting from improper dress code.
It is highly recommended that you obtain travel insurance for your holiday, as the tour operator cannot be held liable for any incidents that may occur during the tour.
The tour operator will not be held accountable for any transfer issues that may arise, as each diving company has its own shuttle transfers. Please ensure that you arrive at the specified meeting point promptly.
